ABOUT US ...

Oregon Chamber Singers was founded in 2004 as a community choir of adults of all ages, who enjoy creating choral music together.

We are women and men  (and of course, we always welcome more guys!) who range in age from early 20's to retirees, and every age between. Our day jobs are just as varied: students, professionals, teachers, clergy, homemakers, and volunteers.

Our individual musical backgrounds range from degrees in music to shower singers.  Some of us have experience in church or community choirs, while others have not sung choral music for many years. 

When we sing, we focus on dynamics and blend.  Our director, Sandra Miller, selects for us a wide-ranging repertoire of sacred, classical, major choral works, gospel and contemporary mixed voice selections.  Our repertoire is challenging, but attainable.
